CHEERNASTICS

At 506 Elite Allstars, our Cheernastics program gives athletes ages 5–12 a fun and welcoming introduction to cheer. This class is designed for kids who want to learn the fundamentals of cheerleading without the commitment of an all star prep or competitive team. Athletes work on motions, jumps, strength, flexibility, and beginner tumbling in an encouraging environment where every child feels supported and motivated. Cheernastics is a great way for new athletes to build confidence, make friends, and explore the excitement of cheer as part of our elite family.

INTRO TO TUMBLING

Intro to Tumbling gives beginners a solid start by teaching foundational shapes and basic skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridges. Coaches break movements down into easy-to-understand steps, helping athletes gain confidence while learning proper form. This class prepares children for more advanced tumbling by building strength, technique, and consistent body control.

LEVEL 1 ADVANCED

Level 1 Advanced is built for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready for more detailed training. The class emphasizes stronger technique, body shaping, and controlled progressions for skills like walkovers, connected sequences, and power development. Athletes refine precision, consistency, and confidence, setting them up for success as they approach Level 2 skills.

BEGINNER HANDSPRINGS

This class is dedicated to preparing athletes for their first back handspring. Through focused drills, shaping work, conditioning, and spotting when appropriate, athletes learn the correct mechanics needed for a powerful and safe handspring. Beginner Handsprings helps athletes develop strength, timing, and confidence as they progress toward independently performing the skill.

HANDSPRING & TUCK SHAPING

Handspring & Tuck Shaping bridges the gap between foundational skills and more advanced tumbling. Athletes work on strengthening their handspring technique while learning the body positions, power generation, and core control required for tucks. This class uses targeted shaping, progressive drills, and conditioning to help athletes elevate their tumbling with clean lines and improved execution.

TUCKS & AERIALS

This advanced class focuses on higher-level tumbling and specialty skills, including standing and running tucks, layouts, aerials, and related progressions. Athletes train power, precision, air awareness, and advanced shaping to refine their technique and expand their skill set. Tucks & Aerials is designed for athletes who are ready to push their tumbling to a more competitive level with controlled, polished movement.
