Elite/Premier Super Early Bird:
$40 (until March 31),
Early Bird = $50 (April 1-30)
On Time = $70 (May 1-18),
Late = $80 (after May 18)

Prep Early Bird:
$20 (until April 30),
On-Time = $25 (May 1-18),
Late = $30 (After May 19)
