Tumbling Clinics

Come tumble with Coach Alli! She has been coaching tumbling for over 12 years, having started with gymnastics and then finding her passion in cheer. Alli has a vast knowledge of tumbling technique, drills and mechanics that aid her in coaching levels 1-6. Alli is always seeking continued education and frequents international conferences to learn everything she can! You will not want to miss out as her events tend to sell out. Class sizes have intentionally been kept small so everyone gets tons of attention!

Each class is $39.99 + HST, but if you book 2+ classes, you save $10!

Walkovers – 11-11:55
This is a front and back walkover focused class.
Pre-requisites: Fall in to bridge, Kick over off of a mat, Handstand bridge

Round off like a pro – 12-12:55
This is a round-offs focused class meant to polish round-offs of athletes of ANY level. Pre-requisites: Round-off

Front tumbling level 2+ – 1-1:55
Notes: This is a front tumbling focused class meant to introduce skills such as fly springs, front tucks, front layouts, and more! Pre-requisites: Front walkover

Polish your back handspring – 2:30-3:25
This is a back handspring focused class for those wanting to elevate their back handspring mastery! Pre-requisites: back handspring

Reach for the sky in your tucks/layouts/fulls – 3:30-4:25
This is a set focused class for those wanting to perfect their set in their tuck, layout or full! Pre-requisites: Round off tuck or round off back handspring tuck

Standing tumble level 4+ – 4:30-5:25
It’s time to focus on that standing tumbling! We will be working on generating power in standing tucks, back handspring tucks, standing fulls and more! Pre-requisites: Standing 3 back handsprings
