We are looking for outgoing applicants who are smart, punctual, and super organized. Applicants must have exceptional people skills, the ability to perform under pressure, love working with children, and the desire to build a career at 506 Elite Allstars. Class and group management working with children is beneficial.

Experience is not necessary for many of our entry-level positions. We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work at 506 Elite.

Preschool Instructor

Duties:
– Implement age-appropriate educational activities for preschool children
– Create a nurturing and stimulating environment
– Follow a lesson plan to ensure a structured learning environment
– Provide individualized attention and support to each child
– Assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience
– Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, behavior, and development
– Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress

Requirements:
– Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Ability to write and implement lesson plans
– Excellent time management skills
– Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment

– Saturday morning availability

Cheerleading Coach

All cheerleading coaches will work recreational tumbling classes for a minimum of one year prior to training on cheerleading stunts and routine choreography. Those who love working with children and share a passion for cheerleading are encouraged to apply for this position as long as they’re aware of the prerequisite training involved.

Tumbling Coach

Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience with coaching tumbling or gymnastics not necessary but must be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.
